RETURNS POLICY
laGuapa hopes that you are happy with your order and it’s a perfect fit. However, if you would like to return your order please see our returns policy and procedure below.
Please note this returns policy applied to all orders once they are placed.
Personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Items may be returned for a credit voucher with no expiry date or an exchange for another item. We accept returns as long as they are in their original condition and this means with all original tags attached, unworn, unwashed and basically in mint condition. Items must be returned to the store within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
You must contact us at hola@laguapaouterwear.com within 3 days of receiving your order advising us of your return.
Where an item is returned due to a manufacturing fault we will pay the cost of sending you the replacement item.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and all returns are the customers responsibility until they reach us. We take no responsibility for lost items, and we recommend returning your item via registered post. Please note all return shipping costs are the customers responsibility.
The item must be sent back to us in an appropriate manner to prevent any damage in return shipping.
